Build flexible plumbing runs exactly to the length your system needs with food-grade braided silicone hose. Available in 1/2″ and 1″ internal diameter and sold by the foot, this reinforced hose is designed to be cut to length and secured using appropriately sized barb fittings and hose clamps.

This is the configurable hose option for systems that may change over time. Unlike our Crimped Tri-Clamp Sanitary Silicone Hoses, it is not a permanently assembled sanitary hose with fixed end connections. It is intended for practical custom plumbing runs where you want the freedom to trim, replace, extend, or reroute lines as needed.

For adjustable custom-length tri-clamp hose runs, use standard tri-clamp silicone hose with our Tri-Clamp to Barb Adapters. This allows you to cut hose to the exact length needed and clamp it onto the adapters yourself. It is not quite as sanitary or permanent as our crimped hose assemblies, but it works extremely well and gives you the flexibility to adjust hose lengths as your setup evolves.
